Simon Johnson Delivery and Shipping

During this period of uncertainty, it is important to maintain some sense of normality. One such way is to share a good home cooked meal – Simon Johnson have put together some fresh hampers and chosen a selection of our favourites cheese that can now be home delivered across Australia.  This will hopefully make life a little easier and bring a moment of culinary bliss to your life.

Simon Johnson will now offer FREE SHIPPING on all online orders over $150, Australia wide. All other orders will be charged at a flat rate of $25.00 your order will be dispatched using the most appropriate delivery method for your order and postcode as deemed to as determined by our team. These options include Australia Post, Courier and Direct from our warehouse with our own fleet of vehicles. Please note:  Dairy or chilled items (Caviar, Cheese etc) need to be kept cold during transport and cannot be shipped via Australia Post. Please visit our Home Delivery Network area for further details regarding our 20km zone.

Free Shipping is available on all online orders over $150.00 and will be shipped with the most appropriate for your order.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING FAQ

Your order will be dispatched using the most appropriate delivery method for your order and postcode as deemed by our team. These options include Australia Post, Courier and Direct from our warehouse with our own fleet of vehicles – within the time frame for your area, please see our Home Delivery Network (20km zone applies.)

The Simon Johnson team will deliver chilled orders using our home delivery network for $25.00, with orders over $150 FREE.

Your order will be picked, packed, and sent by chilled courier as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 9 days for Western Australia and North Queensland.

 

 

Chilled items like cheese or caviar have to be kept at the ideal temperature to ensure they reach you as fresh as when they left our store. Due to this they can only be delivered if you are inside our Home Delivery Network. 

Yes. If you are inside of our home delivery network you can also add any products from our range to your chilled delivery. 

At this stage we only offer home delivery of chilled orders Monday to Friday. Sorry no Saturday or Sunday deliveries. During peak periods like Christmas this delivery window can be extended to ensure all our customer get their deliveries on time.

Chilled items like Cheese or Caviar cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. These items have to be kept at the ideal temperature to ensure they reach you as fresh as when they left our store.

Unfortunately your order is not able to be delivered on a public holiday. If your order is placed on a Public Holiday it will not be processed and despatched until the next business day.
