Equipment

  • Use a food processor, for best results

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tin Pollastrini Sardines in Sunflower Oil (alternatively use piccante for a zesty bite)
  • 3 tbsp Lescure Demi Sel French Cultured Butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp Tracklements Smooth Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp SIMON JOHNSON Salted Capers, rinsed
  • 1 French eschallot, quartered
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, quartered
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • few sprigs fresh dill
  • Vecchio Mulino Grissini (to serve)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, (or leave slightly textured if preferred).
  • Spoon into a ramekin or serving dish, chill and serve with grissini.
