Equipment
- Use a food processor, for best results
Ingredients
- 1 tin Pollastrini Sardines in Sunflower Oil (alternatively use piccante for a zesty bite)
- 3 tbsp Lescure Demi Sel French Cultured Butter, softened
- 1 tbsp Tracklements Smooth Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp SIMON JOHNSON Salted Capers, rinsed
- 1 French eschallot, quartered
- 1 hard-boiled egg, quartered
- juice of 1 lemon
- few sprigs fresh dill
- Vecchio Mulino Grissini (to serve)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, (or leave slightly textured if preferred).
- Spoon into a ramekin or serving dish, chill and serve with grissini.Â
