A robust and tantalising marinade of fresh coriander and spices. It’s fantastic with chicken, meat and seafood cooked on the barbecue – just allow the meat to marinate for at least 1 hour or refrigerate overnight for truly stunning results.

Thai Marinade | Serving Suggestion:

Use 1 tbsp paste to 250g meat, chicken wings, thigh fillets or seafood. If using large pieces of meat, make few small cuts on meat to allow flavour penetration. Leave marinated meat for at least 1 hour or refrigerate overnight for best results. BBQ, grill, roast or pan-fry. Serve with steamed rice or a crisp green salad.
