Simon Johnson Organic Balsamic Glaze is balsamic vinegar that has been reduced over a low flame to obtain a dense, shiny syrup. It has a concentrated balsamic flavour and comes in a squeezable bottle with a pouring spout. Use it on grilled meat and vegetables, stewed fish or fresh strawberries.
