Pons Sherry Vinegar is aged in American Oak Barrels following the traditional method of ‘soleras & criaderas’. With an intense amber coloured vinegar, with balanced flavour that recalls the wine from which it comes. This vinegar is especially recommended for dressings, sauces, meats & fish.
