Founded in Meaux, a region famed for mustard and vinegar, Pommery offers a taste of French history and tradition.

Dijon mustard is a fine, sifted mustard, known as Dijon mustard. Its name, “Lion mustard,” traces back to the origins of the house: the ”Vinaigrerie du Lion” located in Lagny-sur-Marne. This factory produced both a whole-grain mustard, the Moutarde de Meaux®, and a sifted mustard, the Moutarde du Lion or Lion mustard.
