Made exclusively with the olives from the family’s varietal garden as a celebration of the PONS family fifth generation – named after Jan & Roc, the two names of Eduard’s sons. Made from Lecciana olives from our lands in Lleida. A very herbaceous oil, with clear hints of spice and a unique almond sweetness. It is an oil with a great personality, low acidity and excellent organoleptic stability.
