This unique vinegar is produced in Catalonia, Spain. Using a traditional method, unfermented grape juice is blended with wine and the previous year’s vinegar, then left for six to eight months. Aged in oak and chestnut casks, the result is a smooth and fruity vinegar with a delicate flavour.
