Bret’s are based in Central Brittany (or Breton in French) and still 100% family owned today. Bret’s partner with 285 local potato farmers in Brittany and the Auvergne and use only potatoes that are suitable for the production of chips. The nutty flavour of goats cheese is infused with the vigour of Espelette pepper.
