Black Pearl is produced from the Acipenser Baerii (Siberian Sturgeon.) The finest Siberian Sturgeon are hand reared in the pure waters of the Calvisius farm, in Italy. Siberian displays a subtle clean flavour with a cream and butter palate. It’s a medium 2.7-3mm pearl that readily melts within the warmth of the mouth. Black Pearl Caviar 50g Vacuum sealed.
