The Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii, is a sturgeon that weighs from 50kg to 100kg. Black Pearl Oscietra Black has pearls, dark brown in colour with a firm texture which melt delightfully on the palate. It is well balanced with nutty and buttery notes.
