This unique product is harvested from the Russian Sturgeon (Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii). The fact that Oscietra caviar pearls naturally vary in colour and size is what has traditionally allowed the producers to select different grades of the roe. Oscietra Gold is the rarest of these varieties with limited amounts available every year. With a silky mouth-feel and a subtle nutty flavour.
