Ars Italica Oscietra caviar is prepared from the roe of the Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii. The Oscietra caviar has historically been considered one of the most sought-after foods in the world, many consider this to be the most refined caviar. Lightly salty and slightly nutty, a pure, rich, deep flavour, with hints of hazelnut and butter.
