How is Aquna Gold made?
Aquna Gold comes from the finest quality Murray Cod grown to maturity on sustainable farms. Developing techniques to utilize the roe for caviar, reflects Aquna’s whole-fish philosophy. After carefully extracting the roe, it is cured using Murray River Salt, which turns it from opaque-white to translucent champagne, with a golden hue.
