Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii, is a sturgeon native to the Black, the Caspian and the Azov Seas. Oscietra caviar is a well renowned caviar. The Anna Dutch Oscietra pearls vary from light grey through shades of amber to dark brown. This caviar has a light brine flavour and finishes with creamy notes on the back palate.Â
