Kalamata Olives


The foothills of Australia’s Great Dividing Range are home to ALTO Olives, a dynamic family enterprise producing a diverse portfolio of exceptional quality Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Table Olives. These olives are naturally fermented using kiln-dried sea salt and filtered rainwater and finished with ALTO Agridulce Chardonnay Vinegar, the ALTO Kalamata selection features large thin-skinned fleshy olives – for many the supreme eating variety.

Originating from Greece, kalamatas are distinguished by their texture and flavour intensity – the perfect choice with pre-dinner drinks, added to mezze platters, or a flaky pastry rabbit pie.
