This delicious summery recipe is perfect for hot summer days. Made with Bottlegreen Elderflower cordial & fresh Pomegranate, it’s sure to delight the discerning tastebud.

Pomegranate & Elderflower Popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Bottlegreen Elderflower cordial
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 whole Pomegranate seeds Seeds and juice
  • Fresh Mint To garnish
  • You will need Individual popsicle moulds
  • Optional Rosê, sparking water or Champagne to serve

Instructions
 

  • Fill 6 popsicle moulds with a couple of tablespoons of elderflower cordial in each
  • Add a couple of tablespoons of fresh pomegranate seeds, along with the juice and top with water
  • Freeze until set & firm
  • Serve popsicles as is or alternatively, place each popsicle in a chilled glass or tumbler
  • Top with fresh mint & sparkling water, Rosê or Champagne to serve
