Onion, Feta and Olive Tartlets
- SIMON JOHNSON Flaky Pastry Shells
- Tracklements Onion Marmalade
- Will Studd Aphrodite Feta
- Perche Ci Credo Black Olive Tapenade
- chopped parsley to garnish optional
- Arrange pastry shells on a serving plate.
- Spoon approx 1/2 tbsp of onion marmalade into the base of each shell.
- Crumble a generous amount of Feta over the top of each tart.
- Top each tart with a dollop of black olive tapenade. Add a sliver of chopped parsley before serving.
