These Onion, Feta and Olive Tartlets will make the perfect bite for your next drinks. Simply fill our flaky pastry tartshells with a generous dollop of Tracklements Onion Marmalade, add some crumbled Will Studd Aphrodite Feta and top with Perche Ci Credo Black Olive Tapenade.

Ingredients
  

  • SIMON JOHNSON Flaky Pastry Shells
  • Tracklements Onion Marmalade
  • Will Studd Aphrodite Feta
  • Perche Ci Credo Black Olive Tapenade
  • chopped parsley to garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Arrange pastry shells on a serving plate.
  • Spoon approx 1/2 tbsp of onion marmalade into the base of each shell.
  • Crumble a generous amount of Feta over the top of each tart.
  • Top each tart with a dollop of black olive tapenade. Add a sliver of chopped parsley before serving.
