
One Tray Sausage & Bean Bake
Our one-tray bake stars smoky Barossa Fine Foods kransky sausages, El Navarrico haricot beans & a sweet hint of Tracklements onion marmalade. Finish with fresh chives for that final flourish. Simple, hearty, and made for sharing — just add bread!

Ingredients
- 2 x packets Barossa Fine Foods Kransky Sausages (8 in total)
- 2 x 325g jars El Navarrico Haricot Beans (drained and rinsed)
- Colonnna extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
- 3 tbsp Tracklements Onion Marmalade (adjust to taste)
- 2-3 fresh bay leaves
- TASMAN Sea Salt (& pepper) to taste
- 1/2 cup of water (we rinsed our bean jar and added this to the tray)
- chopped chives, to garnish
Instructions
-  Preheat oven to 180°C (fan)
- Arrange the rinsed beans over the base of a large tray. Add bay leaves, and season with salt, add the water and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
- Score the skin of the kransky sausages with a knife. Place on top of the beans, and add dollops of onion marmalade around the beans and sausage.
- Bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes, stirring as required until the sausages are golden and the beans are bubbling and sticky.
- When done, scatter with fresh chives, and serve straight from the tray.
