14 LOYALTY CARD MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
14.1 The Simon Johnson Loyalty Card Membership Program is operated by Simon Johnson Purveyor of Quality Foods Pty Limited (we, us or our). By participating in our Rewards Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
15 HOW DO I JOIN THE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
15.1 To join our membership program, you must collect a VIP Loyalty Card from a Simon Johnson store.
15.2 You can earn points on eligible purchases immediately; however, to redeem points, you must register your Membership Card by completing and submitting the form online at www.simonjohnson.com/members.
15.3 Once you have registered your card, you will receive a login for an online account where you can set your password and view your points balance and transaction history. You are responsible for all activity on your account, so please keep your login and password confidential.
16 HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
16.1 By presenting your membership card at the time of purchase, you will earn points each time you purchase any item at a Simon Johnson store.
16.2 Points can only be earned on in store purchases. No points will be earned for website purchases or purchases where payment is made using a store gift card.
16.3 Note that all Points will expire automatically when your membership card remains inactive for a period of one (1) year.
17 HOW TO REEDEM POINTS?
17.1 Before you can redeem points, you must first register your membership card – see paragraph 15.2 above.
17.2 You must present your card in order to redeem your points in store. Points are not currently available to be used for website purchases.
17.3 You cannot redeem or exchange your points for cash. Points cannot be sold and are not transferable to anyone else.
18 IN CASE OF LOSS OF CARD:
18.1 Should your membership card be lost or stolen, you must either suspend the card using your online account, notify your closest Simon Johnson store, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (02) 8244 8220.
18.2 You can ask for a replacement card at any Simon Johnson store. You must log in to your online account and register your replacement Loyalty Card. One you have done so, you must contact us by email to email@example.com to request that your points balance be transferred to your replacement membership card.
19 WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
19.2 We may discontinue our Membership Program at any time within our sole discretion with no liability to you. If we do so, we’ll publish a notice on our website and/or email you to let you know.
19.3 We may change the Membership Program (including the number of points allocated to each purchase and how points are earned and redeemed) and these Terms and Conditions at any time, or add new terms or conditions.
19.4 If we do so, we will publish an updated version on our website at www.simonjohnson.com/members. Your continued participation in Membership Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
19.5 These Terms and Conditions apply to our Membership Program in Australia, and are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
