Under the expert guidance of Woollahra local Mark Blake, they have established themselves as a cornerstone of premium quality.

JON OSBEISTON BACKGROUND

Jon Osbeiston have been in the wine industry for 42+ years, working mainly in independent retail businesses before starting his own retail & Importing business in 1994 with some partners.

Over the next 20+ years the Ultimo Wine Centre was considered to be the leading retail shop in Sydney. Jon specialised in French, Italian and premium Australian wines, owning a wholesale division World Wine Estates, importing wines directly. He has travelled extensively in Europe & Australia sourcing wines and has appeared on various tasting panels at wine shows and on wine magazine tasting panels, as well as giving specialist commentaries in various media channels. Jon sold his business in 2014 to one of the major chains and has since worked in retail & restaurants, as well as consulting to trade clients helping set up various businesses.
