An intimate evening honouring the first press of the season, as we unveil this year’s release – Primo Estate’s earliest and most vibrant oil.

This is more than a dinner — it’s a celebration of family, tradition, and the simple pleasure of sharing extraordinary food. Hosted by Matteo Grilli, General Manager of Primo Estate and son of founder Joe Grilli, this special event celebrates La Dolce Vita — the sweet life — through exceptional food & storytelling.

Enjoy a beautifully curated three-course Italian feast, designed to showcase the richness and versatility of the season’s freshest ingredients, matched to wines from Primo Estate. The evening includes an exclusive Olive Oil Masterclass, where Matteo will guide you through the nuances of the 2026 harvest and the craftsmanship behind the first pressing.

Each guest will receive a complimentary bottle of JOSEPH First Run Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2026 to take home — a rare taste of the harvest at its peak.
