Indulge in the ultimate Italian culinary experience with our immersive cooking class. Sit back and watch Luca and learn how to prepare a range of dishes – with some encouraged to join him in the kitchen for some hands-on elements if you wish! Enjoy a complimentary drink on arrival and matched wines throughout the class. Learn about the fresh herbs and vegetables that complement authentic Italian cuisine, boasting the tantalising flavours of garlic, superb olive oil, delectable cheese, and much more.

The recipes Chef Luca will be demonstrating on the day are:

· Coddra cui sardi (anchovy fritters).

· Carasau bread, nduja whipped ricotta, blistered cherry tomato, fresh oregano.

· Casarecce pasta, rocket, and basil pesto, parmigiano reggiano, truffle oil.

· Canestrelli biscuit.

All attendees will receive tastings of each dish prepared, matched with the best wines from the SJ Wine Store, and receive copies of all recipes. Gain insider cooking tips and techniques from our skilled chef, whilst enjoying an intimate and engaging class.

About:
Luca grew up in a household filled with prosciutto, salami, Parmigiano Reggiano from his father’s business and with his mum constantly cooking. His passion for eating, naturally led him to the creativity of the kitchen, and eventually he brought his talent to Australia at Ex Balla, Spiedo, The Apollo and Mimi’s. Luca has worked closely with Ozharvest and now enjoys sharing his culinary experience as a private chef all over the Sydney region, catering for private events.
