In this class, you will explore the decadent world of oysters and caviar, hosted by East 33 Oysters and SIMON JOHNSON Caviar. You will hear about the history of these products and learn how to serve and handle them to get the best results at home. Meet an East 33 Oyster Farmer at the presentation who will give further insight into the daily world of oyster farming (and show the skill of oyster shucking).

Accompanied with champagne and vodka tastings, sampling of different varieties of oysters & caviar and a recipe to re-create at home – this is a class designed to increase your understanding of these premium products. East 33 unites multi-generational Sydney Rock Oyster farming families under one banner. With a marriage of craft, innovation, and over 130 years of farming expertise, they are dedicated to pioneering the world’s best oyster culture, by empowering the people behind it, caring for the places that support it, and delivering moments of joy to be savoured.
