The Class

Enjoy sparkling wine, canapes & a grazing board on arrival. Sue will begin with a Valrhona chocolate tasting comparing single-origin chocolates and flavour profiles, followed by a chocolate tempering and moulding demonstration. Let Sue Lewis guide you through the art of tempering chocolate. Chocolate tempering is a specialised process that makes chocolate smooth, shiny, and snappy. Learn how-to-best-pair your chocolate alongside whiskies from Moët Hennessey in this masterclass. A must attend!

About

Sue is a qualified chef with over 20 years of experience working in London restaurants who learnt the art of chocolate making under direction of master chocolatier, Paul A. Young. Sue moved to Perth in 2011 after falling in love with the climate and people, she then set about establishing her own business in her adopted city. Sue creates fresh handmade chocolates using the world’s finest covertures blended with local, seasonal, often organic produce. Unlike other chocolates, Sue’s creations contain no preservatives and are lower in sugar. Sue is committed to producing chocolates that reflect her values.
