The Caviar Tasting Class includes an introduction to the history of caviar and a tasting of different styles. With a free gift to take home, this is a class not to miss. The class is hosted at SIMON JOHNSON at Alexandria, where guests can also see our caviar re-packing lab for a better understanding of the world of caviar.

This cost of the class is @$99.00 per person and includes:

• an introduction to the origins of caviar with insights into the current world production
• a traditional caviar tasting to understand some of the different varieties of caviar and fish roe
• guidance on how to recognise quality and select the best
• an introduction on how to best pair caviar with food and drinks
• a free gift
